CUHCC is hosting UMN Extension’s Cooking Matters, a 6-week small cooking class.
Topics include: MyPlate, Meal Planning, Cooking Skills, Food Label Reading, Shopping Tips, and Hands-on practice.
Cost: There is no cost for patients. Participants will learn cooking skills and nutrition information and receive a bag of ingredients to replicate the recipe at home.
Where: CUHCC’s Community Room
