The U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) recognized the Community-University Health Care Center (CUHCC) for improving access and delivering quality through technology adoptions and innovation.
Each year, HRSA's Community Health Quality Recognition program awards badges to health centers that have achieved quality improvements in several areas. This year, HRSA awarded CUHCC with the following badges:
- Improving Health Care Access, which recognizes health centers that have increased the total number of patients and the number of patients receiving comprehensive services, including mental health, substance use disorder, dental, and enabling services.
- Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality, which recognizes health centers that use technology to improve health care and make it easier for patients to access care.
"We are honored to be recognized by HRSA for our commitment to provide high-quality care to everyone at our door," said Roli Dwivedi, MD, CUHCC's chief executive officer and chief clinical officer. "Our digital transformation efforts are improving access to care for the communities we serve."
