Building Better Care Together

The Community-University Health Care Center (CUHCC) is designing a new building to provide better care, serve more patients, and enhance its health professional training programs. The new, state-of-the-art building will:

• Provide more access for south Minneapolis’ growing population 
• Increase access to additional services to advance health equity
• Offer space for programs and community gatherings 
• Enhance seamless care delivery among medical, dental and behavioral health teams
• Welcome patients and family members in a safe, comfortable, and affirming setting
