Building for the Future: Open During Construction!

The Community-University Health Care Center (CUHCC) is designing a new building to provide better care, serve more patients, and enhance its health professional training programs. The new, state-of-the-art building will be double the size of our current building.

What to Expect During Construction

As of April 2026, parking is located on the south side of the clinic (accessible through 16th Ave). The building entrance remains on 16th.
Fresh Food Wednesdays food distributions have paused until late 2027.

New services such as mammography, physical therapy, and more.
A dispensing pharmacy so patients can get their prescriptions on-site.
More exam rooms giving CUHCC the ability to see more patients.
Pediatric-dedicated waiting areas in the medical and dental lobbies.

We will remain open throughout construction

Construction on this exciting new building began in Spring of 2026 and the building will open in late 2027.

Because the building is being built where our parking lot is today, we remain open throughout the entire construction process! This allows our patients to continue receiving important services as we prepare our new home.
