Watch for MA renewal notices, including an envelope with a blue circle. Read the notice and respond by the deadline, even if you think you still qualify.

Use the Renewal Lookup Tool to find your renewal date. New requirements will apply to some adults starting in 2027. The Lookup Tool lets you report how you expect to meet a requirement or whether you may qualify for an exemption.
