What is a no-show?
A no-show is when you do not come to your appointment and you do not call the clinic to cancel by the end of that day.
Why do we have this policy?
When an appointment is missed, another patient loses the chance to recieve care. This policy will help more patients get appointments when they need them.
Are there any exceptions?
Appointments will always be scheduled for pregnant patients.
