Why I Chose My Specialty
I chose this path because trauma can profoundly shape a person's life, influencing how they cope with challenges, form relationships, and view themselves. While not everyone turns to substances to cope, trauma can contribute to a range of emotional and mental health struggles. I believe in a holistic approach to healing that addresses the emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being of the individual. It's about helping people understand their unique struggles, develop healthier coping strategies, and regain a sense of balance and control in their lives, all while respecting their cultural and spiritual values.
