Therapist
People are the experts of their lives. As a therapist, my job is to listen, learn and join them in the process of achieving goals, making changes and improving their health. A big part of therapy is developing trust between the therapist and the client. This trust is gained by promoting a safe place for growth and shared humor. The process of change doesn't have to be serious or scary; it can be exciting and fun for both client and therapist.
I have worked for many years with both children and adolescents as well as adults. I believe change can be made at any point in the journey of life. We, as therapists, can be an integral part to help make those changes. It is a privilege to join people on their development journeys, and I am grateful to have those opportunities.
