Dr. Desiree Sanchez received her Dental degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1990 and join the OHSOA Program in 2002 in which she received her MS degree and certificate.
She began working at CUHCC in 2008 with a joint teaching position with the OHSOA program. Dr. Sanchez is passionate about her work in community health care and finding ways to improve access to dental care. Her Geriatric training focused on providing and managing the dental care needs of the older population from well to frail and of those residents in skilled or non -skilled Nursing facilities.
